I have had bad service before from call center but this one was one pathetic service with a cherry on top. All I called for was to find out if the payment I made reflects or not and i was so upset when this girl randomly gave me attitude without reason. She would not even listen and hear my point, she was out to make sure that I feel as a worthless customer. Upon request to speak to her supervisor she arrogantly replied "it's weekend, supervisors don't work on weekends". I don't seem to have luck with any of the queries I have with MBD. I am still even waiting for many call backs that I was promised. In a nut shell, MBD employed clueless people for customer service who leave customers feeling ridiculously angry and felling stupid for trying to sort out their debts.
