I had contract with Cell C a few years ago and i paid up the debt, i have now recently resorted back to Cell C as i thought their service improved, i recently took out a contract and want the contract to to be transfered to my prepaid nr but i cant as Legal has to take off legal paid. I was advised by the store consultant to call in to the legal department and get them to assist me so my prepaid nr can be on my profile. I called in at the time i was surrounded by noise when Tembela answered the fone. She gave me such attitude and said her job is not to listen to noise, i asked to speak to her manager Malcom Chetty and she said his in a meeting, insisting on sayin, "how can i assist you" with a ugly attitude. what customer wants to speak to someone that has bad attitude and this is before i could even tell her about my situation. Cell C has still not improved with their customer service its pathetic!!! u need to know that your customer is the most important person of your business and not talk to them like they are the scums of the earth. I can just imagine how many customers she has huumiliated! Teach ur people to talk with respect and assist no matter what!!!
