Incredible Connection
New special today, but no stock for a week

While I understand that at some point this is not the actual Sales Manager's fault. I am still shocked at how long it takes a week to organize 2 simple items from Johannesburg. And how it's possible that none of the Incredible connection stores from this area (Durban through to Midlands) have stock on a special that's currently happening. All of this after the items have already been paid for.
I cannot understand how it takes 4 days to organize stock from Johannesburg. Did all the stores in the area order from there? Are all of them only getting stock now? I'm in the kind of situation where time is of the essence, surely a business as large as IC should be able to make a plan?
