In the middle of may my wife bought 3 watches as gifts. Then one strap on one watch came off. My wife phoned in to inquire about returning the faulty item and was told she passed the 14 day return policy. She spoke to a consultant regarding the faulty watch and was told the call was logged and was told it will be forwarded to the relevant dept. and they will get back to her.that was last friday. Still nobody came back to her. I told her to cancel her rubbish homechoice account after settling and she agreed. We dont need appliances in our home carrying only 14 day warranties. That should be NOBODY'S homechoice!!!
