Extremely poor service

I submitted a request at the Montana branch for repairs to a fridge that
was still under warranty almost two weeks ago. It was on a Wednesday and I
was told that the service people from Hisense would be calling to make an
apppointment for the repairs within max 2 days, and that they would then do
the repairs the next working day. I have since been back to the branch
twice to follow up as no one has called, only to be told that they still
have to authorise it before it can be sent through to Hisense. I am
standing in the store at this moment and waiting again for Chantelle, the
assistant manager to call someone to see what is going on. Our initial
request was also handled by her but obviously nothing has been done. In the
meantime the faulty fridge has been standing and collecting water, not to
mention the inconvenience caused by not having a fridge or food loss due to
this.

Chantelle promised that they WILL be out on Monday to do the repairs. I
will be in touch again if it doesn't happen. In the meantime I think it is
best to remove the signs so proudly displayed promising good service and
happy customers as this is clearly not the case at the Montana branch.
