Worst service delivery to date!

I had purchased 2 tablets from Kalahari, after receiving the products one of them bombed out on me and just stopped working. CAlling the callcentre was always a nightmare as the agents were seemingly grasping for straws when it came to answering my questions. Eventually I managed to get the product returned after many a fone call.

I had the other tab left and was quite happy with it, till it too just one day gave up on me. It took me the whole of January to try and get someone to give me some feedback on the product they managed to retrieve a week after my first email to them requesting that it be done. To DATE, the agents are still asking me whether the package was picked up, still asking whether I want a refund or what, and that it'll take 14 days to process my return. I ask you, from the 4th to the 31st of January... How many days has that been??!!
