Clicks Woodlands Very Unwilling To Assist

On 01/05/213 I went to Clicks in Woodlands mall to buy a few things. When it came to paying at the till the cashier managed to somehow charge my card twice, only providing a slip once as proof of purchase. When I asked what they would do to correct the mistake they told me that all I could do was go to the bank and get a statement as proof that the charge went through twice. With it being a public holiday, I could not immediately go to the bank. When I went back with an ATM drawn statement on 04/05/2013 they also completely refused to assist. Since I work long hours it is extremely difficult to get to a bank to have them stamp a statement. I fully understand the process as explained that head office needs to solve the issue but what I do not understand is that I should go to all this extra effort due to the utter incompetence of Clicks employees and furthermore have to deal with negative attitudes of their customer service assistants.

I feel I have been inconvenienced more than once by this branch and to go back a third time does not seem worth my effort. I would love to get the message out there that nobody should expect anything more than dead standard complacency from Clicks Woodlands
