I had purchased an exercise bike on Saturday; 20 April, i was promised delivery on Monday; 22 April, they only delivered on Wednesday 24 April, I was only told about the delivery delays once I had called in myself? On assembling the bike, we discovered that there was no manual, the adaptor was missing with just an empty box inside, and the handles were dented, so after all that waiting i nreceive a bike that cant even go on?? After calling and complaining, I am now told that I have to travel all the way to the store and return the damaged goods, I don't think that this is fair as i had to pay a delivery fee and I also paid for a brand new bike!! So now i have to wait extra long and still give out more travelling money to correct Game's lack of customer service???
