Undelivered goods and no one takes accountability

I ordering the xmas gifts for my kids from Kalahari with delivery promised on the 18th December. After numerous daily phone calls to the call centre the parcel never arrived before we left on holiday. Every interaction was exhausting and frustrating with promises to phone back and to date no one has ever phoned me back, each time they diligently took down my number.
I am now waiting for the money to be credited into my account but again no one knows where the money is and more promises to investigate and call me back. Still nothing. This was my first and last time using Kalahari which is a pity as online shopping is the way of the future but requires reliable suppliers.
I also received no response to my email sent to their complaints address.
