New watch that NWJ refuse to replace

I bought a watch at your westgete branch at the beginning of january. 9 days later I took the watch back because it keeps loosing time. They said they cannot replace the watch and now I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my brand new watch to be repaired. This surely cannot be on. How I feel now, you can keep the blady thing and give my money back. I am really unhappy about this and will stop buying anything from NWJ.
