I ORDERED & PAID FOR BOOKS ON KALAHARI THESE WERE TO BE SENT TO ME VIA THEIR COURIER ON THE 10 JANUARY 2014, WHICH NEVER ARRIVED AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS LATER THEY SAID THAT MY ADDRESS WAS UNKNOWN, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY HAD DELIVERED TO ME PREVIOUSLY & WHERE I WORK WE HAVE 24HR GUARDS 7 DAYS A WEEK, I ALSO WORK AT ONE OF THE BIGGEST GOLF CLUBS IN THE WESTRAND & THEY COULDN'T FIND ME I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE SO I THEN GAVE THEM A ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS WHICH ALSO HAS GUARDS 24/7.
I THEN FIND OUT TODAY 30/01/2014 THAT THE COURIERS SENT MY PACKAGE BACK TO KALAHARI! SO NOW HERE WE GO AGAIN BACK AND FORTH WITH NO SATISFACTION
