I bought a laptop bag backpack and 2 weeks later it was ripping from the inside out, the zips were sticking and as I walked the zips would come undone on their own and the things inside the bag would fall out! When I tried to return the bag I had misplaced my receipt but I had a stamped bank statement showing that I had purchased the bag from there, as well as the time and the date. This was rejected and I had to go and find the receipt. I eventually found it and they gave me a new bag of the same kind. I did not use it for a while as I was on holiday but now I have used it for a week and the zips are undone again and it is tearing all over!! Unfortunately while on holiday it seems I have permanently misplaced my receipt and so if I'm concerned even if I go there with a bank statement that shows I bought the bag from that store, the time and the date they will give me trouble.
I have never been so unimpressed and embarassed
