I bought a gas heater sometime around march/april 2013 and it stopped working around july/august. I then went back to the store to report the matter. Since I didn't have a receipt I was advised to provide the date and amount paid as recorded on my bank statement, including the bankcard number, this was around October. I was informed that since the purchase took place long time ago, it will take a few hours for them to locate receipt from their records and will call me. However, since then nobody called me for a feedback. I would like to know if they have searched for the receipt and when can I expect to hear from them.
