I'm totally disappointed with Edcon, on 07 July 2013 I went to Jet Mart Potchefstroom to open a new account the good helpful guy named James processed everything as I expected to get a feedback from Head Office but nothing happened. On 20 July I went back to the store and James did his best to find out what happened but the New Account Department at Head Office told him that they couldn't get hold of SANDF HR to confirm employment, I then went again on Monday 02 Aug I gave James another number for (HR 012 674 6128), he called & gave Edcon Head Office the new number. Last week Friday 9th Aug I was told that account is declined with no valid reason but the same "NO EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION". Other people managed to get hold of SANDF HOUR on 0126746128 but Edcon can't! Why?
This is my 1st account as I have never tried to open an account anywhere else now I'm told to try open another account in 2 weeks time.
