I applied for a top up on my existing loan on the 15th of august 2013. And was contacted back from a call centre doing a approval over the phone. I had to send documentation through to them which i did the same day. And the following monday i contacted them to hear if if everything is in order and the lady said they will call me during the day and no one called. This morning i received a call from a lady saying she has sent me a quotation and if it is ok we can finalise but she will call back @12 PM today. I called back @ 12;40pm and again the said they will call me... A lady called Lisa called back and explained the debit order to me and i ask her why would they deduct 2 different debit orders and not one because that would be double bank charges... i specifically asked for a top- up loan she then had to speak to someone about this also then calling me back... 2 hours has passed and then i receive a sms saying YOUR APPLICATION DID NOT MEET ONE OR MORE OF OUR MINIMUM CREDIT CRITERIA.. so why do i get and sms and not a phone call like promissed ..giving me news like that i dont understand... approved for 2 separet loans but not one... im never late with any payments...
