If you had asked me a few months ago if I would order off citymob again my answer would have been a short and resounding NO! I had the worst experience ordering from them in December. However, I saw a product which I really fancied and thought that everyone deserves a second chance. I ordered my product off their website and braced myself for another delay, another fight and more threats.
I was very surprised! That very same day I received feedback that my order had been shipped, the same day! 2 months ago this turn around time was few and far between at citymob. A few hours later I received notification that I shall receive my product on Tuesday.
Lo an behold this morning I received my product. Way beyond the time that was mentioned on the website, I didnt have to follow up once.
Whatever you are doing now Citymob it is working.
