I just want to make use of the opportunity to thank you and Eddie for the excellent service I received from you guys.
I am still in Awe... And cannot believe that you stepped that extra mile just to help me.
Like I explained to Eddie at the expo...
I had a Mountain Bike accident in May and nobody in Potchefstroom wanted to help me to make a crash replacement claim.
I Could not find the invoice anywhere. As It was sent as a electronic attachment.
And this proof could not be found anywhere on my computer.
As you can see on the box, I bought the helmet from Chris Willemse Cycles... I had to send the helmet down by courier
to Cape Town, But with the cost of sending it to them, I decided on looking for a helmet round about the same value as
It would be to do a replacement. But could not find anything to the same quality and satisfaction.
And at the expo I met Eddie... And now I am the proud owner of a brand new Rudy Project Zuma?
And for that... I will always support and wear Rudy Project helmets!
