Last night I went to the Game Store at Jabulani Mall in Soweto.
After doing all my groceries I proceeded to the Till and approached a cashier by the name of Mpho (Operator no.111), I asked her if the till was still open and whether I could bring forward my groceries, she said its fine, so I called my gran whom I was travelling with to come over, as she saw my gran approaching pushing the trolley she said to me "Ag I should have just put the Closed Sign" I replied by saying "Well that's a bit too late now"...
Anyway after processing everything the Total Bill came up to R2982.32
I told the cashier that there is no way all my groceries could come up to that Total, she replied by saying "Can't you see that your trolley is full", taken aback by her comment I asked her to called her supervisor who then came and picked up the mistake made by Mpho. She had scanned a packet of Lean Beef Burgers to R2022.70 (regular price R13.60), this was then voided by the supervisor. After payment was made Mpho just put my card with the slip on the counter without an explanation or apology.
I would like someone to get back to me with a response by latest tomorrow or I will head to Mass Mart, etc
