Upon visiting the store I could not find a trolley that was working properly and that was not dirty. I then tried taking a basket trolley, but the baskets looks as if it has not been cleaned in the past year. I ended up taking a trolley of which the wheels were working, but parts of the trolley was being held together with wire.
Once inside the shop I was utterly shocked to see how disgusting dirty the floors were! There was one lady busy mopping an isle, but customers were pushing trolley's over the just-mopped floor, leaving it as dirty as before it was mopped.
This is not the first time that I have seen this store so utterly dirty, but I really thought that they would step-up their game after the Checkers in Zewenwacht has opened. I was sadly disappointed. I do not like to shop for food in a shop that is as dirty as this Pick 'n Pay, and will therefor rather go to Checkers Zewenwacht in future.
