Took my out of warranty microwave in for repairs. Roger called with a quote the next day, which was less than I was expecting since it needed a new magnatron. The job was completed 3 days later on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get to Springfield park and really wanted the microwave back for the weekend so Roger arranged for it to be delivered to my workplace late on Friday afternoon and I paid via EFT. About a week later the microwave stopped working again. I took it back and Roger had it checked immediately while I waited. Problem was something completely unrelated to the magnatron, but the technician replaced the faulty component in 10 minutes and I was told there was no charge. Never experienced repair service like this from a large company ever before.
