I had obtained a WiCode which did not work at the till point at the time of my purchase. I sent a formal complaint through email. I haven't been treated decently as I was accused of already using the code and furthermore I have to keep following up on the progress of my complaint. It seems as though I am being ignored and the person responsible for handling my complaint is waiting for time to pass and for me to forget. I have explained in my complaint that I did not use the code prior to that purchase in which the code did not work. Please can I be treated with some respect and have my complaint dealt with.
