Misleading Competition

I was in Checkers Norhgate when I came across a whole lot of competition signage from Coca Cola in the drinks section. It reads, "Buy any two participating Coca Cola products then sms the unique code at the bottom of the till slip to receive a free download and go into the draw for a chance to see Taylor Swift live in Australia. So I bought two 2 litre cokes and paid for them, checked my till slip, NO unique code! I spoke to all the Checkers management with no help except for the last manager. He told me that not every till slip gets a unique code, so I told him that if that's the case, then it is misleading advertising and simply a way of getting me to buy their products. This is exactly why the CPA was started. Before I lay my complaint with the CPA, I would like someone from Checkers and Coca Cola, to explain to me how this happens.
