I took my car for repair on 23 January 2014. My bill for my car came to over R12 000 and Hollard Moto extender sent me two sms with different references indicating how much they will be paying. The total amount they said they were paying was R 5000.
Hollard to be to pay the full R12 000 and they will pay me back the R5000. I paid the full amount and sent the proof of payment. On Friday 31 January 2014 got two more sms with different reference numbers. The total for the the sms was R4500.
I immediately called the Hollard to enquire and they told me i must ignore the sms and they will be paying me R5000. The SMS was a fault.
On 3 February i got R4500 deposited into my account. Hollard Insurance me. Now when I call to enquire. They are giving me the run around.
