Disappointed

I purchased the clicks brand nappies 2 for R180 SIZE 3
The nappies did not have straps on them therefore could not use them to tie around babies waist.
I called the call centre (06/06/2013) they advised me to return to any store. I took them to Four ways clicks
The manager had no idea what to do he opened a full pack and gave me the eight the same amount I bought to show.
Is this how you do business? What about your brand promise? I felt like I am in the wrong for taking the nappies back.
Like wanted a freebie or something. But I intentionally shop with clicks because of the brand promise and their return policies

I am very disappointed
