I visited the Green Cross shop in Somerset Mall in desperation trying to find replacement shoelaces for a reasonably new (and expensive) pair of CAT shoes - I had been told by Cape Union Mart where I bought the shoes 4 months ago that they don't stock replacement shoelaces - poor show Cape Union Mart!
At Green Cross I experienced great customer service and professionalism way beyond the norm and above my high level of expectations.
Well done and thank you to both Jovita and Zaida for their exceptional service, although I was spending less than R20.00 on shoelaces.
