I bought a pair of sandals which have a gold metal cuff. About two weeks ago, I was wearing these sandals and sitting with my legs crossed. As I uncrossed my legs, the metal piece, which sticks out on the ends, sliced right through my knee like a knife. I got in contact with Charnee Flynn, who was of little to no help. She asked me to send her the pictures, which I did. I then received a very vague and generic response which sounded like something read off a script. She told me to not hesitate in contacting her if I needed to. Well, seeing as I was not AT ALL satisfied with the outcome of this situation, I did contact her and promptly sent an email back stating I would like my money back that I paid for these shoes. I have been waiting almost a week for her reply and nothing. This "customer service" of Mr Price is ridiculous and it will not be tolerated by me nor should it be tolerated by anyone else. Like I said to your customer service liaison, I work hard for my money and will not be spending a cent of it at a place where not only is the quality of the clothing shocking, but the staff haven't got a clue and the management don't seem to be concerned. I want my money back!
