I'm furious as i'm writing this. I bought a pair of t shape sandals from Mr. Price approx 2 weeks ago. I've got another pair that i bought in December, but it broke, so i figured, 2 months old, so it's ok (also from Mr. Price) I should know that if i buy from edgars that will NEVER happen. I dont even have the slip for these ones anymore, but today, i was walking at pick n pay the glen, pushing my 10 month old in her pram. The next thing, the section between the toes came loose, and made me trip, nearly tipping my daughters pram!!! I'M FUMING! they are 2 WEEKS OLD! I'm such a loyal customer at Mr. Price, but this is RIDICULOUS! It's like the quality of the goods have gone down in a BIG way. I paid R79 for them, and had to lay out another R60 on a cheap pair of shoes at pick n pay as i couldn't walk barefoot. And as for my ones from December, I'm also disgruntled about them now as well!!! MR PRICE FIX THIS! I know if i go there, they wont give me a new pair as i dont have my slip. BUT I WANT TO BE RE IMBURSED. I'M NOT A RICH LADY, AND THIS IS VERY UNFAIR.
FIX IT. I will happily send you the pictures of what they look like! I'M DISGUSTED!
