A bit more than a year ago, I bought a pair of sandals from Edgars in Centurion. Opting for quality, I decided on Hi-tec, and also the more expensive one. How can a pair of sandals that cost R500, only last a bit more than a year? What happened to the quality we used to know from Hi tec that lasted many years? Is this a way to force people to spend more money?
