I am a student who walk to classes everyday of the week and I decided to save up money and invest in really good and comfortable shoes. I have had Crocs in the past and they have never let me down so I bought a pair of sandals worth R399.95. After wearing them around my house for 15 minutes I developed huge blisters on the back of my heels. I did try them on in store and I have other Crocs in that size that have never hurt me. Needless to say that Crocs did not live up to their reputation. I tried to return the shoes or exchange them but I was told that it was not possible because the shoes have been worn. I wish I had a photo of the shoes to show how ridiculous this is as I only wore them for a few minutes. After this point I received many excuses including one stating that sometimes things go wrong in the factory and that I should try washing them in jik! In my opinion that is the equivalent to admitting that it is a product problem and that alone should be enough to reimburse me! I can not accept the fact that I have thrown away enough money that is equivalent to my months petrol on a pair of shoes I can't even wear! It is crazy! I want my money back.
