I bought new sandals with gold details infront, all seemed on the 2nd time wearing them the gold detail clips come off, because this was fairly new and the shoe wasn't damaged, I decided to take it back. I had thrown the receipt away because I was happy with the size and the shoe. when I got there I was told that I cant return the Shoe because it was worn n that because theres no receipt I have to buy new shoes.
AM AT THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED, MAYBE BECAUSE THE SHOES COST R60 THAT IS WHY. BUT I STILL DIDNT GET VALUE FOR MONEY, NOW THE SHOES ARE USELESS TO ME AND WITHOUT THE GOLD DETAILS. THE SERVICE WAS UNCALLED FOR AND I REGRET WHY I WENT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
