How secure is CNA's payment process?!

On Saturday I wanted to make a payment on my Edgards account. The transaction of R1170 didn't gop through even though I had sufficient funds in my account?! I was told that I had to pay again and told the cashier that I just received an sms confirming the payment. I logged into my cellphone banking and noticed that the R1170 has been reversed. I went to another till point and made another payment of R1170.
On Sunday I have received 3 sms's from Standard Bank that money has been withdrawn from my account in Maputo!! The total amount is R3, 000 and all my cards has been blocked. How inconvenient!
I hold CNA Centurion responsible for this. I never swipe my card or insert it into an ATM I don't feel comfortable with. From now on I will withdraw cash to make a payment at any CNA / Edgars. Check your security procedures.
