Payment made from app never went through

I had to make an immediate payment so I used the fnb app to pay and clear now.. The next day I noticed the money was still in my account so I left it for another day. Still the money was in my account so I did the payment again, again I used pay and clear now meaning the payment should go through in the next 60 minutes and again I got a successful Message. It is now 2 days later and the money is still in my account. It was really important that I made the payment, how do you expect your own clients to use something that is unreliable? This is not monopoly it's real money! I have to use Internet banking now as my payment is now way overdue and will make sure that I delete the app and tell everyone I know how unreliable it is.
