I meant to write a while ago... About two weeks ago, I was in Pick n Pay Clearwater. And, what always happens is... you go in to buy something specific, but end up buying much more. I only took one carry basket. After everything was loaded inside the basket, it was clear that Ive mistaken what I could carry. Ishmael (hope I got his name write) saw me with this real heavy basket and offered to get me a trolley. I however said that I was done and on my way to pay. He then took the basket from me, carried it to the pay point and still helped me unpack! The thing is... he didn't have to do it. But he did. It's probably not even in his job description, but he walked the extra mile! People like this should be noticed and acknowledged for the work they do, because it's so small, but is such a good gesture! What also amazed me was... he didn't expect a tip from me. Now, normally people don't do anything for you without expecting something in return. You make the world a better place!
