I paid R16000 up front for a base set that worth R6000 and i requested that they get me a plasma stand that i saw in of their branch and it was -R7300. it took them 2 months before giving me a proper quote, and when they called they told me telephonically that there is R1000 short. i went and paid still without them giving me a proper quote, and i collected my items that i was told that delivery would be R900.00 of which i felt it was stip considering the distance. i was supprised they came to my house to get the additional R1000 and of which i told them that i am done and i am returning the stand still sealed in a box and unused for a refund since i wasnt prepared to pay this additional R1000 that they want and they agreed. The stand was delivered to their store on the 21st but i am told that the store is waiting for money from other debtors to pay and i will be paid then. who knows when??? as they dont want to commit to date.
