On 19th Sept I purchased a litre of Fair Cape fresh cream for the first time as my normal product Darling fresh cream was out of stock. The product did not look right to me and when I tried to beat the cream it remained runny. I contacted Tamsyn Pinn PR at Fair Cape by email and she advised that this is not normal for the product and that she would compensate me for the loss since I was unable to use the cream. Needless to say more than a month later and despite follow up emails to her, FairCape have yet to keep their promise as I have not been compensated. I definitely will never use their products again.
