I e-mailed Fair Cape on Monday 27.1.2014 to advise that my wife had started eating a yoghurt and only after 3 spoons noticed mould growing in same. This was prior to the expiry date on the product of 29.1.2014.
I had no response, so I called them and after much ado, I eventually got put through to a lady called Tamsyn. I e-mailed her the complaint and details and she responded that she would get back to me. After no reponse I e-mailed her again yesterday and still have received no response.
Does your company not concern itself over issues like this? What are your response times to complaints?
