I have been an Edgars account customer for more than 20 years and have had such bad service that I have now closed my account. Firstly, it took them more than a month to register me online for checking my Thank You points; secondly, as a member of the Edgars Club, I was entitled to a birthday gift of 50000 thank you points which I did not receive. The staff have such a bad attitude when one tries to discuss anything with them.
