BAD SERVICE AND REALLY BAD ATTITUDE

I am appalled at the service we have received from Russel's at the East Rand Mall,

The attitude of the Branch Manager and the accounts Manager is the worst I have ever experienced,
when people talk about bad service, you don't really relate, well now we can,

And the way the staff is treated is shocking, how the Accounts Manager actually gets away with it,
in this day and age is so scary,

And the Attitude of the Branch Manager, who said ' WELL CANCEL ' AND JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN,
shocking, I am sure the JD Group would be appalled that someone like these 2 work in there group and represent there company
