Hello, I would just like to compliment you on Esther Kwhegetse Salary reference number R7024433. She works in the customer care department at the Waterfront. I watched her yesterday as I waited in the queue and she is just what you guys need. She was helping an old lady and was patient and gave all the information and took her time to explain everything to her. When it was my turn to be served she was just as helpful and friendly.
I work in the retail industry and happy, friendly staff are hard to find. If I was Woolworths I would do everything in my power to keep her.
