I purchased a Guess handbag from Foschini Centurion on the 2nd of Feb this year. 4 Months along the line the zip isn't working! I paid a thousand bucks for it. So I went back to return / exchange it. This was my favorite bag so I was pretty upset. I didn't have my slip but it was bought on my account. Esther assisted me. She had no problem taking it back. She phoned other branches etc to find me the same bag. She struggled to get hold of the bar code. I found it the following day and took it to her. She gave me a voucher for the price of the bag. We found a bag at Menlyn branch. We went there on the Saturday and after a long search the assistant found it. But all the way Esther was so willing and helpful!!! Thank you. Keep it up!!!
