Overspend on account

I want that option to overspend on my account GONE when my limit is reached it must stop there i do not want to go over my credit limit as it is affecting my applications for credit cards i do not give a what must be done but it must be gone by 2014 January!!! thanks to this idea of edgars i am SO REMOVE IT ASAP
