I've been a loyal client for years and enjoy the King's experience. On 21 January I sent you an e-mail on your website to let you know that the chicken sosaties I bought from you the day before had certainly gone off. Not a big deal, simply a meal spoilt. I'm just a bit disappointed that no one responded to the communication that I sent directly to your website. A simple 'sorry about that' would have been fine. Are responses to your website monitored?
