Ive purchased a school pants for my son about 2 months ago however the pants seems to break all the time.
ive had to sew the pants on 2 occasions already and im rather dissapointed in the quality of the item seeing that ive paid so much money for it.
this morning, while getting my son ready for school, the stitching on the pants came lose once again - this is tottally unaceptable. the reason why i shop at Woolies is becuase i believed that Woolies clothing was quality clothing; sadly im mistaken.
ive misplaced the reciept however the purchase was made on my account.
id like a refund alternatively a replacement pants.
it would be appreciated if someone could contact me- atleast show some customer service seeing that your clothing isnt of good quality.
