On stroller category a Mutsy fun seat on wheels is displayed, when clicking on it you again see the picture of a complete stroller with an additional picture to scroll to with the seat on its own. The short description of the product is a playful fun seat on the long description it says attaches to 4 rider frame but nowhere does it say that this frame is not included as seen in the first 2 pictures - I ordered this product and got a white box with no pictures on it, i cut the one piece of tape only to find there is no 4 rider frame and i have a seat which is useless to me, the frame is not for sale separately either Upon trying to return the item as it was not what i was expecting to get i am now being told i need to pay R55 collection as well as an unwanted gift fee of 20% as i should not have opened it which i had to do to see what was inside. I contacted the call centre and was told to direct an e-mail to the operations manager he has replied saying he has waived the normal 50% fee due to the circumstances (not once from the call centre was 50% mentioned just 20%) I have no stroller and will be R300 out of pocket for their misleading ad - Order 6394197 ref M10487886
