I brought a digital photo frame (Brand MY Vision) for my husbands 30th to put our new wedding pictures in. It's the second frame I brought as I love to shop online and gave the first to my folks (Brand Sony)
Have never had to return anything to ole faithful Kalahari but I'm sure it would be a piece of cake when I realise this new frame is cheap and doesn't show pictures clearly... they are all completely blurred and when I spend R160 taking it to Matrix to ask if I am doing something wrong they say it is just a cheap version and I should return it as it will only take pics from phones with very few megapixels.
Kalahari takes ages to respond/collect and then asks from different mail addresses what the problem is exactly with the item...
Needless to say it is still not rectified I am out of pocket as I double paid for a gift because I had to buy another present last minute which ended up costing triple my budget (he's worth it though :)).
Kalahari, I really do want to continue buying online but not at the risk that it is probably going to take months to get money back and I always have to do the contacting and following up.
