I ordered and pay for a wedding dress on 21 April 2013, on bid or buy amounting to a total costs R2 500. Today is two days before wedding! Since 2 weeks ago - no answer to phone calls, e-mails. Had to hire another dress. Must now struggle, with the help of bid or buy, to get the money back. Very, very bad experience! (In the beginning very good response and communication, but then just nothing...! It is still feeling like a bad dream.)
