Have to pay R900 before making a purchase
I phoned ACKERMANS last week to put a debit order in place as i can not always get to a store in time to make a payment. i phoned to find out if everything is up to date where i was told it was and i even asked what the available credit is? when i went to the store on Friday 13 Sept' 2013, i could not buy anything on my account as i had to pay another R450??? but i paid R455 3 days earlier?? according to me, i dont have to pay anything in October as i paid twice this month. I will close this account as all you did on friday was embaress me infront of other customers!!! My installment is NOT R1000 a month! i want an explanation!!!!!!
