I Bought Products on Credit from Home Choice to the value on credit of over R 25 000.00. One would think that with spending this amount of money you would be getting a great service. However all you get is a Bad Attitude and overall Pathetic Customer Service. I bought a Bed that was delivered and I was charged for the delivery and assembly fee, The bed is still in its packaging in my garage for some reason? Why pay for assembly that is a rip off! Secondly the microwave arrives with more dents that a 1872 VW Beetle that assisted in the first world war! so we send it back without even using it, Take a more expensive microwave as apparently that whole range has poor quality. The second one arrives and this one just carries on working although the time is up and the door is open clearly something wrong. Third one in transit, The plates have arrived three times and every time there are damages and I have to ride up and down and call home choice. I MUST CALL THEM and Pay them. They Should fetch their bed and stop the Microwave I will Pay for the Kettle and the plates once my order is Complete. If This is not done they will not receive a cent seeing as I pay my own petrol and cell phone.
