Extra charges and not receiving statements

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Kindly note, i have open an account with Morkels in April, ever since then, i've been not getting any statements at all. I gave them my physical, postal, e-mail address and still went to the store, told they cant assist me called the head office i still don't get anything. And yet there are extra charges that i don't understand. and i make sure i pay on monthly basis before the due date and more than my instalments.

Your assistance in this regards will highly be appreciated.
