Still fighting for refund since 28 December 2012

I ordered a flash drive on the 13 th December last year. It was a Christmas gift for someone and I was promised it would arrive before Christmas. The drive and other gifts arrived a few days late which made me look very sheepish at our Christmas party. The drive was used once and then ceased to work. On January the 3rd I informed them it was broken, it took them over a week to send a courier to fix it. They then confirmed that it was broken another 4 or so days later and ordered another with 3 weeks expected shipping time... I couldn't let the person wait till the end of January for a present that is a work tool and thus I asked Kalahari for a refund. They informed me I would be refunded on the 17th January. I have still not been refunded. I have sent emails to Kalahari and 4 days later have no reply (so much for there 48 hour claimed service). I have been fighting this company since 13th December and am really just so sick of them.

My advice would be to use alternative shops, ones who actually care about customers. Really sad to see a company I used to love go so down hill.

Please Kalahari give me my money back!!!
